Booz Allen Hamilton
In only the first six months of our new partnership with Booz Allen Hamilton, their employees have donated over 350 hours on icouldbe.org, working with almost 100 mentees at a middle school in San Diego and an after school program in the Greater Washington DC area.
The San Diego school’s principal leads one of icouldbe.org’s best-performing schools and speaks to the program’s successes, saying, “I have firsthand knowledge that because of the mentoring program, our students have a far better sense of themselves as human beings, students and future workers.”
The supportive attitude of Booz Allen Hamilton mentors encourages strong collaboration between mentors and mentees, which our evaluations have shown lead to students’ increased confidence and decision-making skills.
